#somewhatanxious

In 2019, I began my journey to understand anxiety accessibility, the process of making public spaces more accessible to people living with anxiety. Through my own experience of living with an anxiety disorder since my teenage years, I have significant experience of the isolation and loneliness this can cause especially if there are limited spaces that we feel able to access. By undertaking anxiety access audits of public spaces, we can help many people to be able to access different public spaces. #somewhatanxious is a range of training, networks, workshops, activities and resources to support and promote anxiety access in all areas of life.
